It\u2019s just a fact. I would love to be, I dream of being one of those \u201cget up and go\u201d people, who\u2019s up at 5am, smashes out an awesome workout then comes home, raring for the day.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.healthygreenkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Raspberry-Chia-Pudding-1-640x960.jpg\" alt=\"Fresh Raspberry Chia Pudding\" class=\"wp-image-5183\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Alas, it\u2019s not to be. Most mornings I\u2019m convincing myself to get up some time before 8am, then stumbling into the shower\/kitchen, looking for a breakfast that doesn\u2019t take any brain power.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.healthygreenkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Raspberry-Chia-Pudding-3-640x960.jpg\" alt=\"Fresh Raspberry Chia Pudding\" class=\"wp-image-5185\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>The only thing that stops me reaching for the coco pops most days, are make-ahead breakfasts like this raspberry chia pudding. I only tried chia pudding for the first time earlier this year, and I\u2019m totally hooked.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.healthygreenkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Raspberry-Chia-Pudding-2-640x960.jpg\" alt=\"Fresh Raspberry Chia Pudding\" class=\"wp-image-5184\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Not only are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthygreenkitchen.com\/5-reasons-you-should-eat-chia-seeds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chia seeds amazingly good for you<\/a>, but they are also super filling, so I\u2019m left feeling fuelled and at least a BIT more awake and ready for the day ;)<br><\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
