We&#8217;re shredding these Brussels sprouts super thin, like really thin. It transforms into the softest, creamiest texture which is the perfect contrast to this zingy, crunchy salad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salad can be a welcome break at this time of year, particularly when I did mine fairly small, but it&#8217;s really up to you. Add these to the brussels sprouts, along with the dried berries. Then finely slice the sundried tomatoes and parsley and add these too.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5475-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the brussels sprouts. Mix everything together well.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-5475-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">If you want to serve the salad in an avocado, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone.
