One of the items I&#8217;ve happily learned to count on each month is frozen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthygreenkitchen.com\/health-benefits-of-blueberries\/\">organic blueberries<\/a>. With these berries, I usually make smoothies, scones, and muffins.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"550\" height=\"376\" src=\"https:\/\/www.healthygreenkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/blueberries.jpg\" alt=\"blueberries | healthy green kitchen\" class=\"wp-image-35092\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.healthygreenkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/blueberries.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.healthygreenkitchen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/blueberries-300x205.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Recently I was flipping through the new book <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/0544157346\/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=0544157346&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;tag=healthygreenkitchen-20&amp;linkId=I7BMPY4T6WMKABBK\">Silvana&#8217;s Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Kitchen: Timeless Favorites Transformed<\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none !important; margin: 0px !important;\" src=\"http:\/\/ir-na.amazon-adsystem.com\/e\/ir?t=healthygreenkitchen-20&amp;l=as2&amp;o=1&amp;a=0544157346\" alt=\"\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" border=\"0\">. (Silvana is a friend of mine and she was sweet enough to give me a copy of her book.) The blueberry swirl muffins caught my eye: they feature both whole and swirled cooked blueberries, along with a lemon sugar topping, and looked positively delectable. If you do follow a restricted diet, I think you&#8217;ll be very excited by the recipes in here- there are a number of different baked goods, breads, and pasta dishes, in particular, that look Bake until until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 16-18 minutes. Let cool on a rack before serving.
