I&#8217;ve made <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthygreenkitchen.com\/diy-chile-garlic-sauce.html\">this recipe<\/a> many times and it&#8217;s pretty much my go-to diy Asian hot sauce recipe. But I am always up for something new, so I was excited when I saw <a href=\"http:\/\/www.steamykitchen.com\/\">Jaden<\/a> has a sriracha recipe in her new book: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/1607742705\/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=390957&amp;creativeASIN=1607742705&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;tag=healthygreenkitchen-20\">Steamy Kitchen&#8217;s Healthy Asian Favorites<\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none !important; margin: 0px !important;\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.assoc-amazon.com\/e\/ir?t=healthygreenkitchen-20&amp;l=as2&amp;o=1&amp;a=1607742705\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" border=\"0\" \/>.<\/p>\n<p>This sriracha is pretty different from the super red kind you can find in a bottle. It&#8217;s much thicker, for one thing, and the flavor is far more complex. I&#8217;ve been using it in all sorts of ways- mixed with mayo on sandwiches, dabbed onto scrambled eggs, and to top the other recipes I&#8217;ve made from Jaden&#8217;s book (I made the Mapo Tofu fresh, hot chiles with care and this is a really important point. Use gloves or cover your hand with a plastic sandwich bag when working with the chiles. <\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<span style=\"display: block;\">Note that the color of your sriracha is dependent on the color of the chiles you choose.
